Therapist Overview

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of working with adolescents and adults through their various transitions in life. I believe that building a trusting relationship is key to a positive experience in counseling and that when change is desired, our collaborative work can help you access your authentic self. Together we will identify your goals, gain insight into what is getting in the way, and transform your fears and frustrations into a place of emotional wellness, safety, and belonging. I approach each person as an individual with unique needs and, depending on your personal goals, I use a variety of treatment approaches. I have over 20 years of counseling experience, including 12 years in High School Social Work and Substance Abuse Counseling. I also have extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, chronic health issues, and substance use disorders.
