**Not currently accepting new clients.** I focus on providing an empathic, attentive, and trusting therapeutic space where one can explore areas of life that have become tricky or unsatisfying. Sometimes our once effective approach to addressing problems loses its utility, and it is helpful to consider ways to modify this approach that will hopefully lead to more gratifying outcomes. To this end, we will work collaboratively to identify and understand patterns that may contribute to feeling frustrated or stuck, and we will have the opportunity to experiment with new ways of thinking about and relating to yourself and others. With a strong partnership in place, we will endeavor to strengthen your capacity for self-compassion and self-knowledge, as well as help you to feel more connected and fulfilled in your personal relationships. Capitalizing on your skills, we will seek to bolster your ability to anticipate challenges and successfully manage trying situations going forward. I provide psychotherapy to adults, and I have a flexible therapeutic approach that is responsive to my clients’ needs and goals. I encourage you to contact me to learn more.
