Therapist Overview

I believe we all need and deserve to feel understood and appreciated in our complexity throughout our lives. Many of us have experiences that have a lasting impact on our relationships with ourselves and our sense of belonging with others. We have emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that seem to get in the way of reaching our potential in work and relationships. If you are struggling with parenting or coupling at any stage, identity development, transition, finding belonging, dealing with difficult feelings and unhelpful patterns, I might be able to help you. As a social worker, I am oriented to understanding the impact of social context and justice concerns on wellbeing. As a psychotherapist, I combine a stance of curiosity and empathy with a trauma informed, attachment orientation, and somatic regulation skills in order to provide a secure foundation for therapeutic work. If you think I may be able to help you, I invite you to send me a message to set up an initial brief phone consultat
