I am a firm believer that people enter therapy when they are using every skill they know to help themselves feel better or help a situation improve and their efforts are met with failure. I have over 25 years of experience in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, grief and life transitions. My counseling style is client centered where I provide a judgement free zone that offers room for self-growth and goal attainment. Additionally, I have a multitude of experiences with people of many diverse backgrounds and situations. Therapy is learning new skills/options so as not to repeat-self defeating patterns.
