Telehealth Only *** I strive to make my clients feel comfortable by bringing trust, kindness, humor to help those who are struggling. I believe it is my clients’ right to have a therapist who is completely authentic and genuine, as that would be the person I would want to talk to. I enjoy working with adults and teens who struggle with PTSD, family dysfunction, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, codependency and family dysfunction. I have a interest in working with first responders & their spouses, adoptive parents, women’s issues (hormonal imbalances, chronic reproductive diseases, maternal mental health) and clinical supervision I use an eclectic mix of trauma informed approaches, along with CBT, DBT, expressive arts, solution focused and motivational enhancement to help individuals through their healing journey. When desired, I enjoy encouraging spirituality and holistic approaches as an aid to healing. I strike to make my office a judgment-free zone and a safe place to be heard. No matter what, therapy starts with a solid foundation of trust, respect and honestly from both myself and my clients. Please note, I work with individuals only, age 16 +
