It can be overwhelming to navigate through life after experiencing trauma, loss, or during major life transitions. You don’t have to do this alone! I believe that the therapeutic relationship can help individuals and families trek through the most difficult paths and work through the toughest emotions. In therapy I partner with children, teens, and young adults using techniques to foster resilience and alleviate suffering caused by trauma and grief. I also have a passion for helping young people navigate obstacles of social and academic life, exacerbated by environmental stressors or symptoms of depression, anxiety, or ADHD. I use a strength-based approach that incorporates family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts, play, sand tray, and mindfulness. This is a journey of self exploration to improve your sense of self worth, healing, and connectedness. My hope is that we can build the safe and supportive environment you need to heal, grow and thrive! I am so glad you are taking the first step to find a therapist to help you on this journey. I am grateful to be a part of your healing and excited to learn more about you! Feel free to reach out to me via email or phone and we can schedule a time to chat more.
