I will help you not only discover new ways to manage your symptoms, but also to understand and address the root cause. As a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist my approach to therapy is grounded in the mind-body connection. I integrate verbal therapy with dance/movement therapy, authentic movement, mindfulness, play, and expressive arts. I find that tapping into these intuitive approaches of expression allows for greater self-understanding and ultimately growth.
