I have a fascination with those that overcome their odds and have a unique perspective on their situation. Being too optimistic or pessimistic may yield unrealistic results. Having a practical approach is ideal towards therapy. But, the end goal is the same, to come out better than when we came in. My background specializes in a multimodal approach. I have been gifted through the experience of my mentors and instructors on varied approaches. My background is in Post Modern, where the emphasis is client centered and has a collaborative approach to therapy. I’m certified in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy To know ourselves is the truest gift we can give to ourselves and others. Often we place an emphasis on protecting others at the expense of our well being. It doesn’t have to be this way anymore. We do not have to compromise ourselves to exist.
