Therapist Overview

My process is well-rounded, with considerations for personal struggles and the world you live in (friends, family, work, etc). Personal healing through deep self-reflections are often experienced through an adaptive combination of narrative therapy, systemic therapy, and reality therapy. I have a history of extensive trauma work. This experience has led to an approach that includes a bringing together of painful past experiences with their impact upon your daily life. Therapy works to unravel such pain, and then promote active daily empowering to counter and overcome the impact of those hard experiences. My process goes something like this: Develop accurate self-understanding. Link the past with the present. Identify recurring cycles. Recognizing internal dialogue. Develop healthier internal dialogue. Create personal shifts by implementing different choices. Accept what can’t change. Develop significant emotional healing and independence. It’s an honor to be a therapist. I am invested
