I tend to be a laid-back, compassionate clinician who values humor in session, but I am also not afraid to challenge you and be direct. I value meeting individuals where they are at and learning about their strengths to help them in session. I have spent the last several years working with co-occurring disorders and often often try to view my clients from a trauma lens.
