Therapist Overview

*CURRENTLY NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS* I offer a non-judging space to explore your concerns in depth. Maybe you have been keeping your painful experiences and worries to yourself for many years and you want an opportunity to explore them both freely and privately. Or, maybe you need someone other than a friend or a family member to help you examine your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain better perspective. I work with a very broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, history of trauma, history of oppression, self-worth, and identity exploration. I will help you cultivate self-compassion as you learn new ways to address your struggles. I have been working as a licensed psychologist with a variety of individuals and couples since 2004. If you have any questions about what makes for a good fit in a therapist, please feel free to contact me to discuss that.
