I consider it an honor to work with children, tweens/teens, families, and adults seeking help and comfort during challenging situations. I aim to equip and encourage parents who are seeking tools and resources to regain confidence in parenting, healthy communication, and secure attachment with their children. Divorce, adoption, anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments and emotion regulation are a few of the issues that I typically see. Hope and healing is here! My approach is person-centered and tailored to the specific needs of the client. When working with children ages 3 to 12, I use child-centered play therapy (CCPT), with directive approaches when needed. Sandtray therapy, expressive art techniques, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness approaches are offered; as well as prayer when requested. You try and try again, only to feel defeated and alone. The good news is that YOU are not alone and can overcome your struggle. I believe it is courageous whether you step out in faith or desperation to seek support and reach your goals and gain lifelong tools.
