Therapist Overview

My counseling approach centers around you, the client. After all, no one knows you better than YOU, so I believe collaboration is key to the therapeutic process. I strive to build a supportive relationship in which you can feel empowered and open to growth. Together we’ll create goals and explore ways to achieve them.
