Therapist Overview

Are you looking to start the journey of learning more about yourself or your relationships? Exploring your experiences and decisions can be exciting and challenging. I help individual and couples change through collaboration, recognizing that each person I work with has a life filled with complex experiences beyond the presenting concern. I look to find understanding and connection through exploration of those varied experience. I am skilled at working with all clients and have a particular interest in life transitions, including those happening in early adulthood, career changes, beginning and ending relationships, pregnancy loss and parenting, and health diagnoses. As a licensed social worker and marriage and family therapist, I bring feminist and social justice frames to my practice. I see clients in West Philadelphia on Wednesdays and Fridays.
