You give all day in your daily job and life and it’s hard to be present and patient when you get home. You feel like you’re pouring from an empty cup and need transformation. Couples are my favorite. I have advanced Gottman Couples training and EMDR trauma therapy that will help you get unstuck in negative thoughts that impact your life or relationship. My job is to help you both learn how to manage conflict, work through betrayals, gain tools to repair old hurts, build dreams for their future, and have better physical and emotional intimacy.
