If you are at the crossroads of fear, loneliness, and sadness; detours of emptiness, indecisions, and failure; roadblocks of disbelief, financial strains, and personal pain. I invite you to allow me to work with you on your journey, in a safe therapeutic setting, where you will receive the necessary tools to help realign your thoughts, while empowering you to make meaningful, and lasting change. I have experience in working with adolescents, adults, couples and families who have emotional distress or trauma. My specialization include, but is not limited to adjustment to newly diagnosed chronic medical condition, cancer, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, relationship challenges and conflict resolution. I am deeply committed to helping people rediscover their internal strength, and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to help individuals gain control and mastery over their actions, feelings and thoughts.
