In therapy, I join with clients where they are, providing a safe place to share the issue(s), which brings them to therapy. I help them explore ways they may experience life in a happier, more meaningful way. Developing healthier communication skills, a positive and confident sense of self, and working toward strengthening relationships is a primary focus. I have 14 years previous case management experience working with adults, and their families, dealing with substance abuse/mental health issues. My primary objectives were assisting them in making positive changes in their lives, making better choices, and developing new coping skills. My hope is to walk with you through painful issues and struggles, find healthy ways to cope, and be happy with who and where you are in life.
