Seeing individuals & couples || Therapy has the potential to help you find greater equanimity in response to life’s stressors, develop more clarity of purpose, and become more skillful at navigating toward your goals. Drawing upon mindfulness practices and evidenced-based approaches to therapy, I have a passion for helping people live with more intention and in greater alignment with their aspirations and values. If you have experiences from your past that seem to trip you up, we can draw on trauma-informed approaches to therapy to help you work on making peace with your past, so that you can live more effectively in the present. In our work together, we’ll form a collaborative team while we clarify your goals for therapy, and you’ll learn research-backed skills and concepts, and identify ways to put therapy into practice. Part of my role will be to keep us both accountable, so that session by session we’re staying on track and working towards positive, real-world change. I believe there's opportunity for healing and growth in each and every appointment.
