I believe that everyone should have a chance to live as normal of a life as possible and while we cannot always avoid all of life’s stressors, we can better learn how to cope with them. I enjoy working with clients that range from adolescence to adulthood, who need an outlet to express themselves, are looking to work through challenging life experiences, build their self-esteem, cope with anxiety, panic and various mood disorder and trauma.I also have experience with working with transgender clients who have had challenges with understanding their feelings and dealing with the actions of others. I can help by introducing the client to healthy coping mechanisms, assist them in expressing themselves more effectively and better understanding their feelings and their actions behind them.
