Who I Serve

While our thoughts influence our actions, they don’t control our actions. We don’t always consider this dynamic when we feel stuck and uncertain of how to move forward in life. If you've ever wondered if there's more to life, then I am here to assist you in discovering what's important to you, while cultivating greater self-awareness. Often it's our interpretations of what we experience that is the cause of our distress and suffering. From a mindfulness-based, acceptance and commitment approach, learn how to become open to what is present in your life, while being a willing participant to do what matters. I have 10+ years of experience utilizing various therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I have extensive experience working with Military Veterans and Animal-Assisted Therapy. After a decade of clinical experience, I believe therapeutic experiences can be the key that helps clients unlock desired changes. If you know that change is needed in your life, then let's get to work on moving you in the direction of the person you wish to become.
