Our greatest heart's desire is to be seen, to be heard and to be understood. We were never meant to handle life's struggles and issues alone. I am a Christian counselor who specializes in couples, adults, teens and children. I am here to support and challenge you by creating a space where you can tap into and discover your inner resources and solutions. I want to help you find your path--the path that encourages you to consider your choices. I am passionate about helping you improve your well-being and realize your full potential. I have a masters degree in mental health counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College. My work with couples, adults, teens and children is client-specific. My couples counseling approach is guided by the Gottman Method, an evidence-based treatment. With adults, teens and children, I work from a cognitive behavioral framework. I am passionate about helping you improve your well-being and realize your full potential. I work for two separate agencies: Resolution Counseling Center accepts private pay, Aetna and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. The Youth Advocate Program accepts Medicaid only. During COVID-19, I am only available for video sessions.
