Beginning the process of therapy takes great courage and strength. Sometimes it can be difficult to put into words exactly what you're feeling. I understand and am here to tell you that you've come to the right place. My gentle approach offers space to talk when you're ready, and whether you or your child are having difficulty with transitions, anxiety, depression, or grief, I will be here to help to creatively explore these feelings. As a Creative Arts Therapist, I work by engaging the mind and body on many levels, more than verbal processing alone. This approach offers an opportunity to use creative means for self expression; and in our ever changing world, each session is tailored specifically to you/your child, and where you/your child are at that very moment.
