As a Play Therapist and Theraplay therapist, I focus on children's social and emotional well-being. When children struggle either socially or emotionally, they are unable to learn. That is because they are not present and focused on their learning environment and what is happening in their classroom. I will help build relationships and help your child build their social and emotional skills. I have been working with young children, 6 weeks to 5 years old, for the past 10 years. I have used Play Therapy and Theraplay to help children and their families grow through several different issues such as: failure to thrive, challenging behavior, anger management, trauma, attachment disorders, and much more. I love working with small children (birth to 5), pre-teens (6 to 12), and young adults and their families. If your child is struggling with challenging behavior, sadness, fear, exaggerated emotions, etc. and you are concerned about their well-being, I am here to help.
