Hello, please allow me to introduce myself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey, National Certified Counselor, Certified Divorce Mediator, and Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator. I have specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy and I also hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I have been practicing professionally for over 13 years with a wide range of experiences that include group therapy, couples therapy, child and adolescent therapy, adult therapy, geriatric therapy, child welfare, juvenile justice, and supervisory / administrative positions. I have assisted clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting challenges, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and mental / emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, empathic, nonjudgmental, supportive, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I am here to support, guide, and empower you to achieve your goals.
