Who I Serve

Yes, I am accepting new clients! Do you feel anxious, depressed, or baffled by a tendency to do things to feel better that end up actually making you feel worse? It can be so confusing when on the outside things look just fine, yet on the inside you feel empty, sad, or lonely. Do you have a persistent sense that you don't really belong, or that you don't enjoy life the way others seem to do? Are you a 'self-sufficient' person, used to taking care of yourself, but have trouble asking for help? Is it hard to know how you feel or what you might need to do to feel better? If so, call or email me -- I can help! The DEEP therapeutic approach I use is based on relationship attachment theory and the latest research in interpersonal neurobiology. It is a creative down-to-earth approach that includes your body, emotions, and your imagination. It is designed to help you reconnect with the part of you that knows EXACTLY what you need to heal and grow. Although you may be used to it, you don't have to be alone with this anymore. I know what it’s like to feel like you're missing out on what life offers. Therapy helped me access my inner wisdom, lean on others for help, relax and deepen my connection with both myself and others. I'd like to help you make that same journey. Reach out and let's talk.
