This process can be tough to navigate. It requires setting healthy boundaries and yet also being open to new perspectives. As you become more comfortable with yourself, you can start to identify and make choices in your life that you’ll feel better about. Working with young adults who are on the Autism Spectrum has shown me that, even with differences in how we process experiences, we all come from a common ground of wanting to be ourselves. I am passionate about assisting people in discovering the most authentic versions of themselves. I’m doing so, they work toward living happier and healthier lives.
