There are two areas of life that lead people to seek therapeutic help - love and work. Most people struggle more in one area of life than the other. Unlike most therapists, my specialty is helping people succeed in the realm of work. If you find yourself frustrated in your professional life, there is no need to suffer alone. There are tools and strategies you can use to make your work life more successful, manageable and enjoyable. I am unique in having dual careers as a psychotherapist and business executive for over 30 years. I have a private practice the Flatiron areas of New York City. My training encompasses degrees in cognitive psychology, psychotherapy as well as extensive postgraduate training in psychoanalysis. As a business executive I have run my own company, served as a consultant to major corporations, and as a C-Level executive. My background, practice and executive experience gives me a unique prospective to help people with their professional life challenges, work-life balance, relationships and emotional resilience.
