Who I Serve

My goal is to help you identify and maximize personal strengths to successfully address the difficulties that are keeping you from having a fulfilling life. I use Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Neurofeedback to assist with a variety of client problems. These include problems related to physical disability, trauma and abuse, ADHD, problems related to aging, family and relationship problems, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. For clients who are interested, I incorporate their spiritual beliefs in the process of healing. All age groups are welcome. I work with all types of clients, but also specialize in adult trauma that is developmental or resulting from adult PTSD. Compassionately facilitating calmness, comfort and connection during the processing of trauma is central to my practice. My office is a conveniently located, calm setting that is handicapped accessible. In addition to regular psychotherapy, I am offering neurofeedback to help increase brain efficiency and calmness. I am becoming EEG certified by the Biofeedback Certification Alliance International and studying behavioral neuroscience. Unlike my regular therapy, neurofeedback sessions are charged at the time of service and are not covered by insurance.
