"Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength.” This quote by Sigmund Freud exemplifies what therapy means to me and it's an honor to be a part of your healing journey. During this unprecedented and frightening time I am also available for TELEHEALTH sessions in order to limit everyone's exposure to COVID-19 while still providing essential mental health services. Therapy is a dynamic, collaborative process and that's why I choose to incorporate different therapeutic techniques into my work. Therapy shouldn't be a "one size fits all" experience so we'll work together to tailor a plan to put you on the path to healing. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, sexual abuse/trauma, infertility, adoption-related concerns, grief & loss, childhood trauma and abuse, parenting issues, and relationship problems. Because so many of these things are intertwined we will work together to untangle and resolve the issues that are impacting your overall well-being. Often that first contact with a therapist can be intimidating and overwhelming. I would love the opportunity to alleviate your fears and get you started on the road to emotional wellness. I’m offering telehealth as well as in-person sessions in my office which has lots of space to allow for social distancing.
