I utilize a trauma informed approach mixed in with a strengths based perspective to support you toward achieving your goals either individually, in a relationship, or in your family. I am also trained in EMDR, Gottman Couples Therapy, and am certified as a premarital therapist through SYMBIS . I offer affordable options to support you on this journey.
