Therapist Overview

I enjoy working with folks who can feel overwhelmed in life and need help maintaining focus and help finding their way to rest on a harsh planet. My focus is working with anxiety and traumas and helping clients navigate transitions in many areas in many forms and sizes. I use an approach that looks at how we exist in the world and examines suffering from a personal perspective, but also from a social justice, feminist and transformative justice perspective. I believe this is your time, space and story to tell. I have special interest in working with folks in neurodiversity spectrums as well as many overlapping identities such as queer, trans, non-binary and survivor issues. I also work with folks who experience meaning in nerd/geek fandoms, music, art and other forms of expressions. I am kink/BDSM affirming and work with polyamorous folks. As a therapist, I hope to help undo the unhelpful patterns that may have become complex puzzles in your life and help provide an outside perspective in places where you feel stuck. I hope our work can empower you to find where change is wanted and to help you become the best version of yourself.
