Who I Serve

I work with adults (18+). Anger, anxiety, depression, grief, traumatic loss, abandonment, abuse of power in relationships, relationship difficulties, sexuality, spirituality, shame, and life transitions are commonly a part of my clients’ presenting concerns. Additionally, I have experience working with couples and I have completed Level One Gottman Training for couples which I incorporate into my practice. I welcome all LGBTQ clients, people of any faith tradition, and people of no faith tradition. Research indicates that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the most significant predictor of successful outcomes in therapy. Accordingly, I prioritize attending to the quality of our therapeutic alliance as I draw heavily from attachment-focused, experiential, and neurobiologically-informed approaches to therapy.
