Self-Healing Hypnotherapy

As a hypnotherapist I work mostly with clients who want to change unwanted behaviors like quitting smoking and losing weight. Presently, I have trained in a program called Virtual Gastric Band which is using the mind to help constrict the amount and type of food ingested. In addition I am using a highly successful method to support people to stop smoking. Several other areas I work with are Phobias, Memory, relaxation, self-esteem, grief and many more. A particular area of focus for me is supporting people who are going through life changing illness and pain management. In conjunction with the client we target learning and mastering relaxation as well as self-hypnosis techniques to support the client in their own healing. I do also use Cognitive Behavioral techniques including homework to support the information developed during the sessions.
