Anxiety, depression, grief, and loneliness are at the top of the list of emotions that I work most commonly with, including variables such as: trauma, sports-fears, betrayal, ethnicity and culture concerns. First sessions are No-Charge. I welcome my clients, that they have come to the right place and they feel safe, while assisting individuals, couples and families in achieving a clear, calm transition towards their mental-wellness with less anxiety, more success, dignity, balancing mind-body and building empathy. I work at my Private Practice (retired from Stanford University). There are traumatic events over time, some individuals can suffer from abuse's, betrayal, sexually molested, nightmares, flashbacks...sometimes, a traumatic memory can become FROZEN in time, where it can continue to be triggered by reminders. Sports Psychology and coaching athletes for Regional and Olympic events, while decreasing anxiety, fears or unknown traumas and uncovering hidden grief, emotions back from Viet-Nam. Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), Department Defense, First Responders, release traumatic memories that trigger reminders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
