Who I Serve

I have been working in the mental health field for four years with an eclectic client population that includes individuals ranging from adolescence to the elderly. I have experience working with clients who have struggled with trauma, depression, substance use, anxiety and other various transitions of life. At New Hope Therapy, I welcome all clients. I am a licensed professional counselor, and I am trained to treat a wide variety of diagnoses. I encourage new clients to reach out to me for any difficulty, adjustment, or challenge that therapy can assist with overcoming and/or processing. I have worked in multiple settings including in home therapy with parents of adolescents, facilitating group therapy and providing individual therapy for adults with co-occurring disorders. I have been trained in cultural competency, motivational interviewing and CBT, while also utilizing solution focused therapy and mindfulness. In my practice, my goal is to help empower clients to identify their natural strengths and supports to work through their personal, professional and therapeutic goals. Everyone can expect a warm and welcoming environment paired with an empathetic, judgment free approach to allow the therapeutic process to support each client in every way possible.
