That’s why we provide home-based and teletherapy music therapy services for older adults and their caregivers – to bring the benefits of music to older adults who may struggle to get out of the house for therapy services. As a music therapist, I help older adults do the music they love, while also addressing non-musical goals, like dealing with depression or anxiety, maintaining physical activity and cognitive function, and doing life review. No musical skills are required on the part of the client. I do everything to help you feel good about the music we do together.
