What makes me unique to other therapists is I am a life coach and a cognitive behavioral therapist. I have seen results in my clients to change themselves, reach personal and professional goals. Through therapy I help clients gain more self-awareness, insight and help people make a transformation in their lives. My expertise is in treatment of abuse, depression, anxiety, addictions, personality disorders and psychological disturbances. I use methods of CBT and ACT to help reverse cognitive distortions and irrational thinking. When shifting your perspective, changing your perspectives, you change. In therapy we identify and figure out how to get what you are wanting and what is blocking you so you feel different. We can help to change your thinking but the goal is to change feeling states.
