Therapist Overview

Often people enter therapy because they feel stuck. They know what to do but it’s just the ‘doing it’ that’s hard. I have been working successfully with clients for 20 years and I love it. I focus on the importance of relationships as well as the achievement of individual desires. I offer in-person and teletherapy services. My specialty is group and family therapy. I have a 2-year post-masters certificate in group psychotherapy from the Martha K. Selig Educational Institute, New York City. I have worked successfully with families in several formats: Individual (adult and adolescents), group, and couples therapy. I know that there is still stigma involved in using psychotherapeutic services and I understand it’s often a last resort. I take my skills and work very seriously. I have built my practice on empathy, evidence and experience.
