The search for a counselor can be an overwhelming process in itself and taking the step schedule that first appointment isn’t easy. I believe that we are made to be in relationship with others and when there are difficulties in those relationships, we suffer. Whether you are struggling with family, friends or coworker issues, I’d like to help you and do my best to honor the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek out help. Together we will spend time looking at the specific issues that brought you into therapy, as well as exploring the nature of your relationships with important people in your life. The goal is to help facilitate changes that will allow you to experience some relief from the current conflicts and struggles you may be living with and seeking to heal from. Our time together will be rooted in a collaborative relationship that offers safety, support, acceptance, and promotes trust so that you are able to make the right changes in your life that make sense for you.
