I graduated from Indiana University Kokomo with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have worked in home-based therapy programs, private practice, and a mental health clinic on a college campus. I commonly work with children, couples, families, and adults. My areas of experience include those struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, relational issues, life transitions, and trauma. In addition to working with adolescents and adults, I have post-graduate training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and I’m passionate about helping couples work through various issues and improve their relationships. In addition to offering traditionally formatted counseling sessions, I also offer one day and two day EFT Intensives for couples.
