Therapist Overview

My mission is to provide my clients the skills, experience, and support necessary to achieve their goals and become confident capable individuals. My alternative style of therapy blends traditional talk therapy with non-traditional therapeutic methods such as wilderness therapy, music therapy, art therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and outdoor recreational groups (e.g. rock climbing, biking, hiking, camping, canoeing). I offer a multi-tiered wraparound approach to therapy, which can include individual counseling, family therapy, and/or group work. I prefer to work and meet with clients in their homes and communities, and if desired I love to work in outdoor settings. I am a licensed IFS therapist, and trained in DBT, solutions focused therapy, and narrative therapy. I strive to cater my services to the particular needs of my clients through a wide range of methods, skills, and experiences.
