Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana. Although I have been employed in a variety of social work positions over the years, doing clinical work with individuals, couples, and families has always been my passion. I believe strongly that we have the power to illuminate and strengthen our own lives when we nurture ourselves and allow others to nurture us. My own goals for you, as a client, are to empower, educate, and maintain the highest therapeutic standard of care, and above all, to instill a sense of hopefulness within you no matter the circumstances. In my practice I have many tools to share designed to help you feel empowered, safe, confident, and cared for. The choices that enable you to reach your goals include elements of CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, client-focused therapy, art therapy, play therapy, behavior-focused therapy, and several other modalities. Working together with a therapist can feel pretty risky. You may feel as if you have lost your way. I will help you find it. I am offering you my knowledge and experience as well as a safe environment in which to discuss your personal history, thoughts, and feelings. Together we will find a way through your maze to help you gain the answers you need.
