Who I Serve

Therapy is a collaboration between me and you, where we both participate in helping you feel better. It is not a quick process, but I am dedicated to putting in the time and effort you deserve. I became a therapist because I believe there is always hope in difficult situations. There are many different things that can make life hard; addiction, divorce, death, trauma, relationships, loss, mental illness, parenting a teen, simply being a teenager. My specialties are working with teenagers, adults, and people affected by addiction as well as anxiety and depression. I also help parents develop skills to support their teen. Addiction treatment can mean so many things; an addict receiving treatment, helping an affected child, learning to take care of yourself as a family member, letting go, grieving. At times you may feel hopeless, confused, scared, or angry, and this is normal. I can help you find your way through these situations and lead a happy productive life. I have been working with
