I can offer in person and tele-psychoherapy sessions at the frequency that fits with your schedule and needs. I am skilled in various evidence based treatment modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but work collaboratively with you to develop goals and treatment plan that work best for your learning style and goals. Most of us, at some point in our lives need something other than friends and family to support us through challenging episodes. Seeking therapy is not just about 'mental illness'. It can be the impartial and supportive relationship through which you can significantly improve your relationships with others, work satisfaction and find deeper meaning in life.
