Who I Serve

I am experienced in helping people who are experiencing loss/ grief, PTSD and anxiety disorders. Life can be difficult, unpredictable and even tragic at times. Are you motivated to develop the tools to cope with difficult emotions? Do you want to improve your skills to identify, express and communicate your needs to the people around you? With my guidance, you can develop the tools necessary for resiliency. Resiliency is the ability to overcome challenges of all kinds–trauma, grief, tragedy, personal crisis, and "inevitable" life problems–and bounce back stronger, wiser, and more personally powerful. I have many years of experience in working with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives and who have anxiety, grief and/or stress-related issues. I use an eclectic approach to provide a safe and empathetic environment to help individuals, couples and families share their stories, build on their strengths and develop positive coping strategies. I know you may be hesitant to start therapy for the first time or with a new therapist. There are times in life, for whatever reasons, that we need to increase our resiliency. I KNOW that it is possible to build an inner core of peace, and happiness, no matter what!
