I have many years of experience in working with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives and who have anxiety, grief and/or stress-related issues. I use an eclectic approach to provide a safe and empathetic environment to help individuals, couples and families share their stories, build on their strengths and develop positive coping strategies. I know you may be hesitant to start therapy for the first time or with a new therapist. There are times in life, for whatever reasons, that we need to increase our resiliency.
