I have a passion for working with people experiencing life transitions, including but not limited to life stages, pregnancy and postpartum, career, relationships, and illness. I believe that you hold your own answers and have strengths that we can build upon. I am here to help you connect to that knowledge and wisdom. I provide a warm and non-judgmental space that is conducive to self-discovery. I use an integrative approach including evidence-based treatments that are proven to reduce symptoms and improve well-being.
