I practice a humanistic approach to the therapy process creating a space for you to feel heard and understood without judgement. As a Resident in Counseling and Board-Certified Music Therapist, my specialties include talk therapy and music therapy in working with a variety of mental health needs. I also incorporate person-centered, existential, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches to counseling. In addition, I believe in the healing power of music, yoga, and the arts. Music can be utilized in sessions to aid in promoting self-expression and self-awareness. Relaxation and mindfulness techniques can be incorporated as I also hold a
