Do you find yourself repeating the same behaviors over and over again, hoping for a different outcome? This is a pattern that can be changed, and as a therapist with over 30 years of experience, I can help you to make these changes. By understanding and working through how one's early experiences influence one’s current behaviors, lasting changes can be made. Concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues are among the areas I treat. I believe in the importance of developing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in which we can explore your feelings. Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions. While my training is primarily psychodynamic, I use and work with a variety of modalities, depending upon the individual needs of my clients. I offer both long and shorter-term therapy.
