Hi! I’m Lauren. I’ve been practicing therapy for over 12 years and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing clients. Seeing the growth and awareness that happens in this process is truly remarkable and rewarding for everyone involved. My clients most often come to therapy repeating patterns that they realize are no longer working for them. Both individually and in relationships. My job is to help you identify the patterns, to better understand yourself and to give you ways to adjust while staying true to who you are. There are a variety of ways to do this, and each session is geared exactly to your needs. My theory stems from the belief that individuals get stuck in their most familiar story, and that the role of the therapist is to help the individual realize that they are the storyteller of their life, not the story.
