I work with individuals and couples so that you can navigate life transitions, relationship challenges and traumatic events, or work with your anxiety, depression, grief or stress. I work in a body-centered way so that you can access and uncover the strengths and resources you already have in order to move forward in life, heal past trauma and feel centered, confident and satisfied. I'm trained in Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Therapy, the Psychobiological Approach to Couple's Therapy (PACT) as well as in various mindfulness practices. I bring curiosity and compassion to your struggles and all of our work together. Therapy is most valuable and effective when we feel safe and connected, so I focus on creating a strong relationship with you. With this foundation, we can work deeply and efficiently, using the most most powerful and sensitive strategies to overcome what is getting in the way of you feeling more connected, alive, and supported in your life.
